Day 3: Regulatory approaches to Artificial Intelligence in public administrations.
Day 4: Digital economy taxation: Capturing revenue from cross-border platforms.
Day 5: Legal architecture of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and risk allocation.
Day 6: Financial engineering of PPPs: Tariff setting and viability gap funding.
Day 7: Introduction to AfCFTA: Rules of origin and tariff phase-down strategies.
Day 8: Single-window customs integration and electronic tracking of transit goods.
Day 9: Strategic negotiation skills for dealing with tech multinationals and global investors.
Day 10: Executive Capstone: Negotiation simulation of a complex national tech infrastructure contract.

- Blended approach with pre-course digital readings and interactive simulations.
- Policy Hackathons to draft model regulatory texts.
- Role-playing exercises (Government vs. Private Consortium).
